He came over on a Saturday when he doesn’t usually work on weekends, to install a water heater so my kids and I could have hot water. Did and excellent job. Very friendly and even disposed of my old water heater without me asking. Hopefully he’s available next time I need a plumber ASAP. Thanks Man!

Needed a leaking hot water tank fixed, called at 800AM and it was fixed by 930AM. These guys are local and fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone on the Harbor who needs plumbing repairs. Thank you!
Wilson plumbing and repair did good with my bathtub and toilet but when it came to my sink it was another story ...when I went to use the sink it was very loose coming off the wall and small leak also...as any plumber should know there or installers , there should be a 2 by 6 to attach the mount to secure the sink to, so it doesn’t come loose...now I have to fix what I paid someone else for not happy!!!!!!!
They responded urgently to my frantic call. Everything was done quickly and in a professional manner. I also felt their rates were reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
Wilson Plumbing did a wonderful job installing my new kitchen sink and faucet. Due to my unusually small and ancient counter, it took them some effort to make the sink fit properly but they did it with a great attitude and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing jobs!
Didn’t acknowledge a leak that was very obvious to me and my wife. Seemed rushed and like we were an inconvenience for even calling him in the first place. Offered to cut a hole in the side of my house to access a pipe that another skilled plumber fixed in 30 minutes from the kitchen. Would not recommend getting any work done by this business.
I can not thank these guys enough. My call was returned within 5 minutes. They were currently finishing a job in Westport and made it to Hoquiam in under 45 minutes. The job was quick and professional. The price was under what I expected. Very satisfied and WILL use Williams Plumbing the next time I need a plumber. I couldn't get any other plumber to return my call but Williams took care of me 100% and will now be my first and only call. Thank you.
Needed a new water heater, and other minor plumbing problems. Mike was quick to answer phone, promised he would call back, and he did the very day he said he would, and he showed up when he said he would, they did a great job, at a reasonable price. Just like others, had no luck getting 'other plumbers' to answer, and if they did, they never showed for appointment, and would not return phone calls. Save yourself from a head ache, call Wilson plumbing first.
