I’m disgusted that the website hasn’t been updated with the correct opening times! I rushed to the store yesterday (Saturday 30th May) from work because the website said it closed at 8pm. Only to find out that the pharmacy isn’t open at all on the weekend! As a key worker who works shifts this information would’ve been very helpful! Will be requesting that my prescriptions are sent to a different pharmacy from now on!

Awful. Pharmacist promised to return call. Didn't. Hospital sorted my emergency. Dared to say that to front staff who argued that a call had been made would not acknowledge that I or my anwerphone, had not received call.very upsetting.

I try to time my visits so that I always see the same pharmacist. She is exceptionally helpful: a) Making sure the prescription items are in stock. b) Advice with medicines. c) Flu jab. d) Reviews my medicines.

I took my prescription in and within 5 minutes was handed the complete order. With the added bonus of a pleasant and helpful assistant

Wouldnt recomend seeing a pharmacists here. Took my 5yr old in as she had a swollen running eye. Got told to buy otrex tired eye drops. I asked if she needed to see a doctor was told no not until atleast tuesday(this was sunday afternoon). I got a second opion and was told she needed seeing by a doctor that day. My daughter had a seriouse eye infection called periorbital cellulitis and was very close to being admitted to hospital. if id gone off the advice of this pharmacist it could of developed in to an even more serious eye infection and she could of ended up with vision loss. AWFUL

I've never had a problem here. It's small yes but quiet and the pharmacists are always helpful, what more do you want.
