Everything went very smoothly. They phoned me up a couple of days before to remind me. I needed to wait for the car as I had travelled from over an hour away, this was not a problem. I was given an estimated time it would be ready and it was completed before that time. I was able to wait in a comfortable waiting area with a progress display which was being constantly updated. They also fixed a small problem with the car within the time quoted. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.

Expensive. Very, very expensive. Have had lots of work quoted here and can nearly always get it about 40% cheaper elsewhere. But the work they do is good and I do trust them to do a good job and some may believe that is worth the expense. Customer service is always very good and friendly.
