I have been seeing Delyth for back aromatherapy massages to help keep my back supple following disk issues and lower back pain. I always look forward to this time as I can relax and I know it’ll keep me agile for the next few weeks. The space is warm, relaxing and I come away relaxed, refreshed and ‘stretched’. Delyth prides herself in her work and I have recommended her to family and friends. Her warm bamboo sticks are amazing on sore muscles.

Delyth is both professional and empathetic. She has a quiet calming manner and listens so as to know what you need from each session. I never feel as if I am there only to receive treatment because she works with you to achieve the best outcome. She tempers her massage technique to provide more or less pressure depending on what’s needed on the day. Important if you suffer variable pain as I do.
