Over the past few years, I've found the Aberystwyth branch to be a great place to bring the car to. Staff have been friendly, when we've turned up with something wrong unannounced, they've usually checked out the problem right away without us having to book... and thats really appreciated! Very happy!
I drove in this afternoon to seek help regarding a broken engine protector plate that had broken off the undercarriage and was scraping along the ground. Five minutes later the guys had put the car on a ramp, removed the broken part and I went safely on my way. No charge, which was very decent of them! Nice one.
Been a customer here for about 6 years now...twice in last two weeks with both family cars for tyres. Friendly efficient service. Great communication and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Aberystwyth branch.
