Great place to get posters and banners. Wendy and Cody explained all of my printing options to me and told about a sale coming up for posters. I ordered a poster for my classroom. I also found out they make metal buttons you pin to your shirt so I might be ordering some of those in the future and bought some markers that were on sale. Loved the service I received from everyone who helped me. It was very busy and I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes but other than that I was impressed and will be back!

Every time we are to get a package from them, the drivers who appear to be illiterate and cant read numbers on a house, say they can't find our house. Then say they will be here at 8 am today. Christmas eve. Nothing, and customer service is as rude as they get

30-minutes to pick up a package! Opted to pick up as delivery drivers have been leaving boxes in front yard (not on the front porch).

The clerk added the wrong address(took the address of a business card). It was taken to the wrong address. So I called and they needed my permission to send it to the nearest FedEx office, which I gave, and then I get a phone call saying they could deliver it, so that was good(so I thought) so I track the package, guess what? Not delivered, the person I sent it to had to go pick it up. 2 days after delivery was supposed to arrive.

Older lady w/ gray hair was rude and unfriendly. Not a pleasant experience at the Abilene location on S. Danville.
