Came out to quote for boiler move and replacement. Took up an hour of my time going through the job. Said they would send me the quote later in the week. Never heard from them again. Why not just say the jobs a bit difficult and we don't want to do it - save everyone time.

Well, what can I say about F Church. They are one of best at what they do. Extremely polite staff from Admin to Engineers. Been using them for the past 5 years. Have always given me good advice too. Thank you @fChurch
Very happy with the service, engineer was very polite and did a very tidy job.
Plumber came to fix underfloor that was not working in one part. Not only is that still not working but the part of the underfloor that WAS working stopped working after his visit.It is-1 tonight Friday and over the weekend and after chasing them repeatedly, they advise they won't be sending out anyone before Monday.Needless to say they won't be setting foot here again.
awful experience with this company some years ago, we now have a plumber in doing other work and he is amazed at the laziness and shoddy workmanship of the work undertaken. We did complain at the time about the mistakes, the boss came out and quite frankly was very rude and refused to put it right. Our new plumber is correcting all of their idle work.
