The individual we used who works for this company was in my opinion unprofessional, slow on response and obviously hadn't researched the local plan for our area. A total waste of time, money and effort and probably set our plans back rather than forward. It was a small project which should have been well received by the planning officers particularly as I had previously had a site meeting with the chief development officer for our area who was very positive about the project which would have brought in more rural employment, better sustainable tourism and should have fitted within the local plan IF she had done her research and communicated better with us. They were a sub-contractor for a company we had employed and they were even so unprofessional that they inadvertently showed in an email the charges they were charging our contractor. I couldn't warn you off this company more.
