Dennis is a great piano tuner. He is prompt, friendly reliable, accommodating - and always able to find a way to do a repair in a way that suits you (not too expensive on an old piano). He takes care over his tuning - and has even been at the end of the phone to talk me through repairs when the soft pedal was too enthusiastically pushed by a learner.. or a hammer went wrong... he is absolutely the epitome of good quality service with a personal touch. He has tuned my piano for over 6 years and he comes highly recommended.
Dennis did a fine job on my piano. It plays like new and sounds beautiful. Dennis not only tuned my piano, but he also gave my piano a check over to see if all is in working order. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to tune your piano
