Been dealing with this company since 2011 because I purchased my home and this was the company that delivered for the previous owner. Have been having my propane delivered whenever my tank would get low and billed monthly until paid. I hadn't received a bill since November, so I called and the reception, or whoever the lady who answered the phone with bad customer service to tell her I hadn't received my I voice and wanted to know if it was a balance because I needed propane delivered. She told me that as of November I was a COD customer and I had a balance on my account of 94 and until I paid it they wouldn't deliver me any propane. ( nice to know they do that in the winter). I talked to a man on the phone the next day who apologize to me for me not receiving my statements and said he would see to it personally that my statement got mailed to me. I drove down to the office when i got the statement and paid 115 cash which left a zero balance. I called to the office to have propane delivered...I spoke to a man who asked where my gas level was and I told him and he said he would let the delivery driver know. I waited 2 wks and called to see was the deliveries running behind and the same nasty receptionist answered the phone and told me I would have to pay cash for my delivery or the wouldn't deliver any propane. I've never heard such! Nasty disposition in that office!

Unprofessional extortionists. I moved into a new house with a propane tank, never heard anything about who owned it and the former owner couldn't remember if they owned it or rented it. I had it filled (by another company because I didn't know this company owned it), and 15 months later, without notice, and a day before a snow storm and 4 degree weather, they disconnected the line and asked for 189 to reconnect it. Don't give them your business.
