These guys are truly the best! They have never up sold me! They have serviced both my central air unit and furnace. I highly recommend them and have told all my friends and family to contact them for all their heating and cooling needs! Edgar...you are the best and I thank you for your honesty and kindness! Summer 2019: I have been using them for 2 years! This morning I called due to our AC unit not working properly, & they came out the same day! I am so thankful they squeezed me in and I now have a cool home! Thank you so much Edgar!! Update: Jan 2020 Woke up this morning to our heat going out. Called Edgar and he came out the same day again! Very prompt and professional service. He showed me what the problem was, how he discovered that, and explained on how to fix it. My husband & I will always call Above & Beyond for our heating and cooling needs.

We had an appointment with this company at 0800 this morning -- scheduled 2 weeks ago. We woke up early expecting them to show up. When they never showed up, we finally called them at 0930 and they said that they had a bigger project to do instead. They did not care to even give us a call to let us know that they weren't coming... to even ask to reschedule! Their advertisement of being "Above and beyond expectations " are FALSE! Just know that if your project is "smaller" in their eyes, then you are NOT a priority to them. A simple phone call would have remedied the situation, but they are too unprofessional to even do just that!
