We have ordered doors & windows from this company, which they shipped to us. We did receive most of the product, and now have been contacting them about the missing items. It has been over 2 months and nor do they respond, and nor do they want to resolve the issue. It is very frustrating to pay for something up front, and then not have any reply as to the status of missing items. I have tried to resolve this amicably for over 2 months now, with no result.
