I came home late last night after one of those days you just wanted to be over to find my door lock mechanism would not release when turning the doorknob. I went to the Maintenance person for my building and although he tried, there was nothing he could do. I called Absecon Lock Service and the gentleman was so helpful. He quoted me an arrival time and was there! It was amazing (as I’m use to no one being on time these days)! The entire process was less than 20 minutes and in the end my door was fixed and I could be home. I could not have appreciated his promptness and kindness more. I was very grateful for his professionalism. I would definitely recommend this company for any lock needs and will keep this number for any future needs! Thanks again!
Where do I begin? I was frazzled after finding out Id irresponsibility locked myself out of my car. I called about 5 other locksmiths on a Sunday afternoon, and Jerry, with his confident voice, picked up after half a ring, where the others were no where to be found. He asked very pointed questions and gave us a thirty minute eta. He arrived not a minute later than he promised and got to work. He was able to use his 35 years’ experience to get unlock the car within five minutes. He was pleasant and a great conversationalist. He also charged a very fair amount for his services.
