Mike & team did a complete remodel of our kitchen. Unaware of some of the complications involved with remodeling I had left a hastily prepared review for Tedesco Builders that had some negative comments. Recently, we hired a different contractor to do a complete remodel of our bathroom resulting in a truly horrible experience making me realize the actually fine job Mike & his team had done on our kitchen. So much so that we have hired Mike again and are looking forward to him \fixing\ the nightmare bathroom left behind by the other contractor. Based on our anticipation of another fine job performed by Mike & company, I would give a totally favorable review for any kitchen or bathroom requested reference in the future.

I recently hired Michael Tedesco with Tedesco Home Remodeling and Chris Hecht with Hecht Construction for a water damage, siding, and window replacement job at my home in Brigantine, NJ. My house had cracks in the exterior stucco which led to serious water infiltration. We did not know the severity of the water damage until we started demo. Michael was terrific during the entire process. He answered all my questions regarding the contract and pay schedule. During the job, he outlined what needed to be done and helped me weigh options with how to address the different issues that arose. He remained in constant communication with me during the entire job. Chris Hecht and his team (Jack and Jimmy) treated my home like it was their own. They take a lot of pride and care in their work, from demo to the final finishing. I cannot recommend Michael Tedesco and Chris Hecht enough. This was a job that nobody wanted because of the so many unknowns. It’s so nice to have a contracting team that you trust and that will go the extra mile for you. In fact, I’ll be hiring them in the fall to do my roof!
Mike and Chris did a great job replacing windows and siding. Took their time to explain everything and make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Would use them again and recommend them as well.
Called him for an estimate and he said he could tell I was looking for a price and not a contractor. Wouldn’t come do an estimate. Pretty rude and degrading. Wouldn’t use him anyway after hearing his personality type. Keep searching.
Bathroom renovation was a major project. We decided to get rid of bathtub and install a tile shower with glass doors. Floor, Vanity, Toilet was replaced. We added bead board. The results exceeded expectations. The attention to detail in the tile and carpentry work was impressive. Mike and George showed up every day and communicated with us describing next step and answering questions. Mike guided us in the process of selecting our products for the renovation. He is a professional who is easy to work with. Overall, our experience was positive.
