I have a 22 year old Kirby vacuum. It was in need of service so I brought it here. Their knowledge of and experience with the vacuum was extensive. The work was performed quickly and completely . I will continue to bring my vacuum and sewing machine here for years to come!

This guy knows his stuff! Impressive, as these days most stores have people working who are clueless! I buy our upper end vacuums here and I can always count on them having supplies, bags etc. I recently bought a sewing machine here after a great deal of research. I found the technician there knows everything about sewing machines. The day I visited the store a woman had just finished up buying a top shelf quilting machine and was scheduling lessons for using it right there! This is a real one stop shop like no other I have found. I don’t know about you, but if this helps you figure out where to shop, this is a very knowledgeable spot to stop.
Yesterday I traveled a good distance to see about having a vacuum repaired. It was worth every mile. Jim was awesome and looked at it immediately. He was able to just replace the belt and I was on my way. Excellent customer service for sure.
