I would like to send a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to Hunter for working so hard and remaining so dedicated to getting our heating issues in our basement finally resolved! Hunter worked for several weeks on the problem, and on the eve of my milestone birthday he came through like a champ for us! Also, I truly appreciated the fact that he remained professional and stayed in touch with me and kept me updated (as requested) throughout the lengthy process (even when it was not good news!) I am happy to report that everything has remained on the right track with the heat since his last visit. I wanted to ensure all was well before submitting my review.
