I’ve used them in the past for our HVAC spring and summer service. The techs. seem professional and do good work. The office answered the phone and emails. However my recent experience is not quite the same. In the past 6 weeks I sent 2 emails and left 4 voice messages with no response at all. I just now received a one sentence email saying they have availability on a certain day. This is just for my spring service but if I had a real issue I would have been left alone and have had to scramble to find someone else. Disappearing on you customers is not acceptable.

We called around for quotes on our central air last summer and absolute mechanical systems came and we really liked them they gave us a great quote. Last night my furnace stopped working and I called this morning, they promptly got back to me, came when they said they would and fixed the problem. Very personable, very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Chris and his crew were great! Explained all the options available and quotes were consistent with others we got. Did combined A/C and gas furnace install in one day, even reconfigured some piping outside that was not up to code from original install years earlier. Matt and Eddie were great as well - all professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Would definitely hire again!

Fantastic Emergency Service AMS! Thank you so much Curt for coming to our rescue on one of the coldest nights within 3 hours! When the board went our energy management system you came out quickly to do an emergency repair to keep us in heat while the part was ordered.

We had our a/c unit checked out a month ago by another company who said everything was fine, but over the last month it has been 78 degrees in our house by 11am. We called AMS for a second opinion and one of their service technicians came out THE SAME DAY, and within minutes of being at the house identified the problem. We never expected same day service (wow!), nor did we expect that another company would have missed the glaring issue they found. The service tech, Ed, was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely use this company for our future HVAC needs!

I had the best experience with AMS! The guys that came to do the maintenance on my furnace couldn't have been nicer. I didn't know how to change over from summer to winter mode and they patiently walked me through each step, wrote notes on the furnace itself and allowed me to take my own notes. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and I felt in good hands! I would definitely recommend!
