Worst experience ever... Shady experience. Very unhappy with all aspects of the ownership and overall customer service. At first I was given the impression that we were doing something together. But in truth they are doing something to you. The owner is a “Yes Man” until he has to follow through. He lies as easily a most breath. Don’t let this company happen to you. Defiantly a bell I wish I could un-ring... Yick!!! The people that built this company are long gone. The list of people that have been duped by this guy could fill a graveyard. Neighbors, friends.... I wish the owner the best... But not at the expense of homeowners and uninformed future contractors that might have the misfortune of being improperly trained, paid, and misused in a way that gives a great industry a bad name, leaving a bitter taste in the mouth of the community... My husband and I were in dire need of a new roof about six months ago. I didn't trust anyone in the area because of the feedback I got when asking about those companies. I did a little research and found Absolute Professional Roofing Contractors and called them up. Kyran and his team are very hospitable and were extremely helpful with ensuring that my husband and I got exactly what we needed and much more! Absolute Professional Roofing did a great job on my roof!! I had bad hail damage after the recent storm and i was able to talk to the owner directly and simply get everything explained. This is my first home and first new roof so i was hesitant and scared but, after talking to Kyran and his team i knew i made the right decision for this is a very hard decision to make sometimes. Aprc is now my whole families contracting service. Thank you for not taking advantage of my situation and walking me through the steps. Would recommend!
