Not all of the instructors speak English, even though the studio claims that all classes are taught in a combination of Thai and English. I had to walk out of a class because I was so confused on what was happening, which has never happened before. The instructor just kinda stopped translating and ignored me, which made me feel singled out in a very small class where I was the only non-Thai. I’m sad to have had such a bad experience at a studio that markets itself as expat-friendly. Edit : apparently this is a running theme with this studio, photos attached are other reviews from ClassPass.

I really enjoy coming to workout here. Top notch instructors, excellent atmosphere and equipments. Staffs are also very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend AbsoluteYou for anyone looking for premium and effective place to workout.
