Great hotel for rooms and dinning with plenty of conference space. Poor internet though in some areas which can hamper productivity.

Staff were very friendly. They were able to understand and easily communicate in English (with Non-German speaking customer). Wellness-Sauna facility is excellent. Rooms are nice and clean. Internet is good. Because of early morning further travel, staff arranged breakfast earlier than their actual schedule.
The single rooms are very cramped, so I would suggest going for a double room if you can, given how big the space difference is between them. I've been there during renovations and the temperature of the water in the shower was incredibly erratic. The staff is friendly and the beer at the bar is really good.
