I have used Ken with Abundant Rain Irrigation twice in the last few months for lawn sprinkler repairs. The service and the quality of work i have received has been top notch. This last time made a call and he showed up within the hour and completed the work timely. I will be using Ken and Abundant Rain Irrigation going forward.

This has been the third time that we have had Ken from Abundant Rain Irrigation out in the past few years, Ken always finds the issues and fixes the item without just doing a band aid fix. Very professional with great craftsmanship in repairing our old irrigation system.
I called Abundant Rain Irrigation on a Tuesday to schedule a sprinkler system install estimate. They agreed to come out Thursday at 2pm. On Thursday, 2:30pm rolls around and nothing. We do live in a new construction home and the GPS is slightly off, so I gave them a call to make sure we were still on the schedule and to offer directions in case they had any problems finding us (so far our other estimates found us just fine). The guy that answered the phone knew exactly who/which appointment I was and said someone should already be here by now, so he was going to call and find out why they weren't here. I offered my cell phone number again in case they were lost and needed directions, he said he would pass it along. Long story short, they never showed and never even called me back to explain or reschedule.
Job well done on repairing some issues with my irrigation system. Need to update their site that they don't accept credit cards. Could use some better communication regarding schedule. Overall though, they got the job done on time and at a good price.
