I am in the market for a Sales Job but not just any sales related position. I received an email from Alyssa stating that my experience was a good fit for a sales job with her firm. When I replied and asked her the Base Salary Range she became combative immediately. If she had even looked at my resume she would have easily noticed that I never worked for a Company that was only Straight Commission. Firms like ACA Talent really need to be honest when they send out messages to people looking for sales jobs. I was shocked at her unprofessional attitude and it is so wrong to mislead the public on jobs. Not fair to the potential candidates....Shameful Behavior to say the least. Just Be Honest.

I had a great Experience speaking with Vinnie. But after speaking with Davi and reading some of the comments below It explains why our encounter was very negative. She interviews you like she is trying to find a reason not to hire you. Asking questions that have no importance to the role or concerns about things which can easily be trained. Plus you can’t get a straight answer on the base salary. I’m a top sales rep and tech employee wherever I go. Poor judgment on candidates.
Seemed to be very quick to disqualify someone for a job
Davie is the most unprofessional humiliating insensitive manager I have ever encountered. Very inconsiderate when my toddler was ill when I needed a day off.
Bottom Line: ACA is unwilling to provide refund for incomplete and poorly executed contract. We signed a contract for ACA to provide 20 qualified candidates for interview. Vincent assured me that while our target timeframe of just 2 weeks was a little bit ambitious (I agreed), if we didn't get 20 interviews in 2 weeks, it shouldn't take much longer at all. Instead, ACA wasted hours of our time by scheduling interviews with candidates that did not meet the qualified criteria agreed upon. To date, they have provided a total of 7 candidates who are actually qualified and interested in the job. There were 6 interviews of candidates who did not meet the minimum requirements agreed upon or who did not follow-through with their interview, and another 6 who either became non-responsive after interviewing or accepted another job prior to starting work with us. Forgive me for making the bold assumption that the candidates they provided would actually be interested in our position. We've had much better results for our dollar with Indeed's "Indeed Hire" recruiting service.
My recuiter made me feel like a "star"! I highly recommend them.
