We recently closed on a home refinance and our Loan Officer was Eric Miller. We would strongly recommend him. He worked extremely hard on the front end to lock us in on a great interest rate which is sometimes hard to do because of the rates moving at various times in the marketplace. I run a business and rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but Eric deserves my time and a 5 star review. I had a very unpleasant experience with this company and particularly with Eric Miller. I explained I wanted to get an official estimate (which is customary when refinancing), uploaded the necessary documents online and provided my SSN. They ran my credit and then Mr. Miller didn't want to send me an official estimate until I provided a credit card number. No other company ever told me that and I've been shopping for 2 months. He was also saying he wouldn't be able to provide more than ONE estimate (but only after I gave him my credit card?). In the end, I called their direct line to complain and finally received the estimate, which also included much higher closing costs than Mr. Miller had communicated over e-mail. Stay away from this company.

Excellent experience working with Sung Eun and Jennifer! They are extremely professional, efficient, informative, and transparent. they made the entire refinancing process very smoothly and painless. Sung Eun explained the options available for me in detail and offered the best option. The loan was closed in a very short time despite the Covid-19 slowdown while I had to provide the very minimal set of the required documents. The whole process was setup to make it very easy for me while keeping me informed of every step loan process was going through. And if I still had questions, they were always available to answer them instantly. Thanks again Sung Eun and Jennifer for the fantastic services, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interesting in refinancing their mortgage.
