Susan McKay

I have been a client of Sam's for a number of years and each visit is on-time and professional yet friendly. My hair is coloured, highlights and cut and each time looks fabulous when Sam is finished, many people comment on how natural the colours look. The salon is very clean and they are currently taking extra care due to COVID. All the stylists appear to be excellent, love to watch people come and go and see how wonderful everyone looks when they leave.

Lisa absolutely ruined my hair. My hair was long and healthy and after I went My hair is now dead and keeps breaking off.The cut was choppy and uneven and thankfully someone at another salon was able to fix it for me. Lisa was completely disrespectful to me when I voiced my concerns and proceeded to ignore me after.

Samantha was awesome. I came in with the longest hair of my life post Covid Christmas lockdown and came out looking good. Samantha is easy to talk to and is very enthusiastic about her work. The salon has a great environment and they are very safe with sanitising their work station between clients.
