Incredible service from David at Access Self Storage in Hornsey last week. I was a tricky customer as i moved my dates a number of times, then i was late, and i also booked the wrong size space!! David handled it all smoothly, was really accomodating whilst remaining so patient and understanding. I will definitely use this facility again and wont hesitate to recommend to others. The service was above and beyond!!

All the staff have been so helpful and flexible, really going the extra mile. I've had a lot of dealings with these guys in a short time while moving house, and I haven't always been the easiest customer - forgetting my pin number, setting off my alarm, downsizing my unit at short notice, turning up to buy boxes at opening time, stuff like that. They have been reliably and consistently lovely. The storage is fine, good height, with lifts and access points at both ends of the building. Could maybe do with one or two more trolleys at busy times. But all in all great.
David at Access Self Storage Hornsey was super helpful and we had a great service. Check in was clear and he went through the codes with me to check everything was working as it should. We're a returning customer as we've received good service from them before.
Decent storage, not always possible to park right outside the loading area but great customer service and reasonable prices.
Having never had to use storage before I wasnt sure what to expect, but all my options were explained and Dave was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and showed me all the options before I committed to anything. 24hrs later we were all booked in and sorted! I couldn't have asked for better service. thank you!
