Rang up to make an enquiry and found the person on the phone very friendly knowledgable and sympathetic to my requirements. Got a call back from a fantastic lawyer who talked my through all my options. Was very impressed with his manner and level of service. It seems that all consultations are either done online or over the phone, which is not a problem for me as I prefer this but it may be a problem for others who prefer face to face consultations. Either way they were brilliant with me and helped me get my compensation - they could have been on Mars for all I care! Kristi
