If I could give 0 stars, I would. They close at the most random times when on the website it says they close at 10:00pm EVERYDAY. this is the second time I've been there and each time I pull up to the drive through at 8 pm they tell me they are closed. do better.

This franchise should take inventory daily to ensure they have a substantial amount of ice cream. I asked for three different items and they were out of each one, down to bananas for a smoothie. This was very disappointing.

I can’t even tell you what flavors they have available at this location. They were out of vanilla ice cream and just about any other flavor. When I asked for rainbow sprinkles they only had red. They don’t have soft serve despite it being advertise in the drive-thru. I definitely will make the drive to another location or pick a different ice cream spot.

Stale cones, bad apathetic service, old ice cream, didn't even have vanilla. Just bad all around.

I have to admit that ice cream and I don't always get along. That said, in any month that has 31 days I try to get the 1.50 a scoop special. My usual is a 2 scoop cup with 2 flavors. I take it home so I can have a little bit at a time, savoring each bite and staying away from issues. The great thing is it is a combo store with Dunkin Donuts so I can grab a donut in the current special and have it for breakfast.

There were no bananas, no brownies, and no waffle cones. What was the purpose in them opening. They always lacking in something.

This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The ice cream cases look dirty, and the register area, including the card reader are filthy. The whole place looks like a hot, sticky mess.
