Amazing customer service! Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Jose was very knowledgeable and professional. As an enrolled agent he has his CPA license/certification which means he went above and beyond for his profession, I researched this prior which is why I went to him because in the past, other people have messed up my paperwork and it caused delays. With him, everything went smooth and I was paid my income taxes within two weeks with no issues.
