heights of customer dis-satisfaction. the owner replied to my email saying that we wont be completing the work as they are “OCCUPIED WITH OTHER WORK” - they also left work incomplete with glitches and bugs and take forever to fix them which will delay launch.till this day owner cuts my calls, even when i had the launch of the website they left my work unfinished and their quality of work is just extremely bad. the web page design was hossible, After sales service doesnt take calls or reply to emails.their way of working is very unprofessional. Also they refused to make small changes such as changing fonts and increasing sizes of text for which they charged me extra even though i had informed them on it.they dont have any manners and the owner is also careless about their work & service. i would really suggest you to not get a website but never ever go to ACCRETE for any work as they are the worst company anyone can work with.they cant get anything done correctly in one time. my advice is to never go to such a firm. heights of harrasing your customers and wasting their times solely for getting another cheque when your work isnt even worth what was already given.
