Terrible experience, overpriced school wear. Shops absolutely stinks of bad body odour and Indian food. Men are their shouting and speaking in their own language across the shop. Would not even give One Star. Avoid like the plague...

I have never had a problem shopping here for the children's uniforms for the past 20 years. They may not have had the odd item I needed at the time, but always ordered it in, if you wanted them to. Never tried to upsell me and were extremely helpful when you weren't quite sure what you needed, when the kids were moving school. Just hoping I get the same experience tomorrow when I have to go again, at this dreaded time of year

Rude staff who treat all customers like potential shoplifters and will follow you around, watching your every move. Cherry on the cake: They will badmouth you in their own language. What they didn't realise is that I can speak it too. Wouldn't step foot in this 'shopping centre' again if it was the last place on Earth

Purchased 2 pairs of school trousers, within 4 weeks broken zip and hem stitching completely fallen apart. Shop refused exchange or refund, make pathetic excuse that he would need to ring the supplier - clearly does not understand the sale of goods act or the consumer rights act. Seems like this retail outlet do not exchange or refund faulty goods so just bear that in mind! Dear Romi, Thank you for your reply. For clarity of other readers let me explain. On the date of the bank statement showing the amount paid to you on my debit card I purchased... 1 Blazer 1 School tie 2 pairs of trousers. I brought back to the store 2 pairs of trousers both of which were faulty. I have no issue with the blazer or tie that I purchased. BOTH the trousers are faulty - 1 has a broken zip and poorly stitched hem, the 2ns pair the stitching has gone completely and the hem has fallen down. All i requested was an exchange, and that is my legal right. I did not want to purchase anything further based on your comments that you would have to contact your supplier as I saw this as a tactic not to either exchange or refund. So your facts are wrong as I brought both pairs back and not only is the sale of the items recorded electronically on your till, the guy on the till also hand writes the itemised sale so please do not make any inference that the sale was not genuine. I am happy to load photo's on to this thread to demonstrate or better still to email, I am also will to remove the review if I can just get a decent quality of pants that I paid for

Overpriced! Horribly strong washing powder odour. They will try to sell you things you don't really need. Don't stock all sizes and will argue with you about the size of your own children!
