the traffic calming measures for this store can often be annoying, especially during busy times - can they not have a secondary exit feeding onto electricity street for example? Is the petrol station really necessary? The store is okay if not a bit small, the staff are always fantastic. However, for non food items the price labels sometimes relate to a different product thats above the shelf. I've often had to return the item at checkout because its price is usually much higher than expected.

Brilliant. Forgot an item and a worker helped me.saved me going back after I had paid for different items and I had 3 kids with me. Fast friendly service ,needed a child gift and toys were on offer!

We have been shopping in Accrington Asda since the day it opened but my how things have changed. Staff on customer services are quite rude and frankly I see no service. Shopping for a disabled partner is terrible as you are likely to be knocked down by staff stacking on line shoppers goods in trolleys which seem everywhere and the staff seem to delight in taking you out. Needless to say we have now taken our money to nearby Tesco who are polite, helpful and attractive pricing. Food is fresh and a far nicer shopping experience. Goodbye Adsa mad house and hello Tesco!

I visited the store today and it was the worst it has ever been. I could gave easily walked out without paying had I not been honest. The staff were more interested in the fact the pubs were closing due to tier 3! There are other issues I would love to raise but this would go on forever. I also tried to ring the store but they are not dealing with customers by phone. I'm really thinking of shopping elsewhere.l

Went 3 years ago met the self serve staff. Swore not to go again. Compelled to go, went. Vowing never to go again. Rude. Disgrace. except the wine guy who bends backwards, whilst his slack mates are... slack. Asda in Rawtenstall are much better, but tbh, that is saying something.
