Preston branch knowingly allow class A drug dealing from 36a Albyn Bank Road and 33a greenwood Street in Avenham! They take years to carry out simple repairs and only care about money. The property's are a disgrace when you first move in and cost us thousands to make good. They charge service charges for window cleaning etc that hasn't ever been done. Hopefully they will go bankrupt soon if they manage the business in the same way as the properties. Was bad when contour owned it but 10 times worse with now.

Absolute shambles they are. Couldn't care less about their tenants or the state of the \homes\ they let out. If you end up in a dispute with someone who isn't a tenant, expect your so called housing officer to deal with the non tenant before their own. If you've got issues with the property expect to be told of ways to deal with it before someone can be bothered coming out to sort the issue. The estates are a mess. Only time you see an onward van is when a property becomes empty so the can fool their next tenant into thinking the property is up to standards. Embarrassing they are. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Absolutely useless... Booked to do a job took the day off work for them to turn up and the wrong job been booked in so they have to come back whilst doing another job... Came back a week later n still haven't done previous job...theres no communication whatsoever between staff here n I had to loose a day's wage because of there error!!

It's been 1 year kitchen flooring has not been done ..service is a joke.everytime we book a new appointment they change it with a stupid excuse. Would give it 0 stars. Pathetic

Completely useless, their engineers can't do a simple job. When they replaced the tiles in the bathroom, they destroyed some on the other wall and didn't replace them. They torn up the wallpaper and didn't fix it either. They come unprepared. During the pandemic, they left us without a bathroom for two days. We still have two unfinished jobs and can't tell when they'll be finished. They're not very polite and they just create dirt in the house. They're postponing visits without your knowledge. When you make an appointment at 4 p.m. they come at 2 p.m. and leave a letter that you missed the appointment. Every time we ask for something, it turns out it's impossible to do it. Avoid Avoid Avoid
