I am a small business owner who was in a bad spot a few years ago. Our last website guy really screwed us over and refused to help us further even though he had already been paid. Our website was down and 100% of my business is conducted online. I called around and finally(and luckily) made contact with Aaron at AccuTech International. Aaron had gently told us that the coding to our website/database was a mess after taking a look at it. They somehow figured it out without any help from the original author which I can only assume is no easy feat. Aaron and the rest of the team at AccuTech International were able to get the site back up and running within a very short period and saved my business. Roughly a year later I offered them the business of creating a new website and database for us which would pretty much be done from scratch. I have never built a website before and let me tell you Aaron has the patience of a saint. I'm not easy to deal with as some of this jargon might as well be French. They made sure I understood everything before moving forward to the next step and there were a few times they might have needed to explain it more than once. They would send me mock up's or add things and if I didn't like it or it didn't work, it was accepted with grace and they assured me they would find another way that I would like. I never felt as if I was pushed to like the first idea either. That's important to someone like me. The website was done quickly. I was bug testing within a few months and it was ready maybe a month later. Couldn't have been happier! They continue to maintain our site to this day. I work as a vendor for government and their needs change often. AccuTech International has now updated my site with new requests at least a dozen times since they built it which was only a few years ago. Every time the work is done quickly and done to my satisfaction. I can't recommend AcuuTech International enough. They have my eternal gratitude and business.
