I called AAC to trap the animal that i herd in my attic and they found a hole in my roof and put traps on the hole to catch the animal for 3 or 4 days and no animal in trap. I called them back to take the traps off and patch the hole and they did. Next day I herd the animal scratching at the hole they patched up and Im sure the animal mad another hole. I called them back and they told me they would come and check the hole that they fix the next day. They did not show up. I called them back numerous times and voicemails. No call back no pick up nothing. I spent 150 dollars for nothing. I do not recommend this company. If you want to get scammed then go right ahead.
Caught the raccoon in our attic three hours after he was here! Hopefully I don't need to use him again, but if I have to, I won't be calling anyone else!
Did one job well, then very erratic , no return calls, had to have someone else do the follow up on a job he started.
