Jeff was kind, professional, and took time to educate us on the objective facts about the home we were purchasing. I work in patient care and Jeff agreed to have a conversation with both my husband and I after 7 PM so that we could ask our questions, learn the answers, and Jeff was organized and precise with his ability to provide pictures of the home as well as recommendation images for repair if needed. I highly recommend him as an inspector. He took his time to assess six different crawlspaces in this particular home and worked in the rain for 8 1/2 hours. Very thorough, which is exactly what you want when you’re making the biggest purchase of your life.
