We filled 4 hippo bags. Two of the hippo bags were very close to a low wall but the driver very carefully and skillfully manoeuvred and lifted the bags without disturbing anything around them. He then came back and swept up the little bit that had spilled. Also, even though they, like all delivery-based businesses, are swamped with orders, the office clerk was able to give me a firm date on pick-up. All in all, a very pleasant experience dealing with both the front office and the driver.
The service from Ace was brilliant, from ordering, delivery and collection very happy with everything. Will definitely use them again if needed.
At 1400 on Wednesday 16th, I phoned Ace for an emergency delivery of 4 porta loo's due to a burst water main.They had to be on site before the end of the working day. The staff at Ace pulled all the stops out to for fill this requirement for us. The delivery driver phoned when he was leaving for instructions and was also very helpful, polite and professional, a credit to Ace liftaway. A special thanks to Hannah who I believe dealt with the order and provided an unbelievable professional service. Ace liftaway obviously employ people that care and enjoy working for them. Keep up the good work ACE..
Call back at 7.30 am the next morning so I xould make a payment after forgetting me the day before is not okay. I work at a pub and don't get to sleep til 2.30am. Not really sure why they think call backs for something like this before 9 am are acceptable. Now I get to enjoy a busy Friday and weekend on even less sleep. Thanks Ace.
