I updated my coop's laundry room about a year ago to Aces, from a well known company that had been in our building for 25 years. Residents were reluctant to switch because of habit and brand name, but no one has looked back since we switched. Aces provides excellent customer service, modern machines, and reliable maintenance. The owner is available 24/7 and very responsive in the rare event there is an issue or question. Highly recommend.

Since they start using LG machines my laundry is never good either those machines use not enough water or they don’t spin and my laundry is wet when it’s done . That’s one seconds do you really think when you doing laundry you can wash all your staff in less then 1 gal of water are you seriously so naive ? I loved old ones they were clean and no problems I’m done with you.
Their customer service was superb. They were helpful , kind and professional. Great experience dealing with them.
