If anyone does give this company higher than a one star they were either paid for it, or they're some kind of family member! This company has the worst service!! Been paying for a couple of years and never got my money worth! Had 3 cable boxes which is the maximum and could only get one to play without freezing up! Terrible quality and also customer service! Had called multiple times to get it fixed, also had neighbors do the same and nobody was happy but the company who is pretty much false advertising their services! Stay away! -Negative 10 stars!! ALSO THE GUY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE IS A COMPLETE DOUCHEBAG!!

If I could rate this place a negative star rating I would. There customer service is down right crappry. I was having issue with the little modem boxes they give you for internet over heating. Plus I asked to hav a tech come out to check out system and run a speed test on our network and the guy showed up with nothing to test the system, no laptop not testing unit nothing. I was not getting the speeds I payed for and everytime you called and tried to get help I was like it you were in a Hostile environment. Then we just moved the first of the month and canceled our service and I finally had a day off from work coming up so I could return there equipment and be fore I could do the my wife got a email stating that they wanted there money and that if we didn't return there equipment we would be charged 100 to replace. Then at the bottom of the email it stated that something called a body attachment would be filed with the Michigan City police department as theft of there equipment and a warrant would be issued. First of what company would charge for not returning there equipment and then turn you into the police for stealing there equipment that you are paying for. All in all do not go with this company if you can help it it's the worst fiber network I have ever ever ever use. I do not recommend them even if they were the last company on earth.
