They've serviced our building for many years. Service has been progressively worse over the years. Most recently we've had a fire panel failing. Had a service call in JULY where they opened it up, looked at it, left is open, and never followed up except to bill us a couple hundred dollars. I had to follow up with phone calls and email more than 5 times. They called back in early SEPTEMBER to look at the panel again in order to provide a replacement quote--which I never got. Haven't heard from them since. Sadly, I am now looking for a new fire inspection company. Follow up: Sales manager called me to try to correct this situation. The direct line of communication with this manager has been appreciated.
