Not a great experience for my friends renting a property managed by Acorn Group. After Covid hit and they got furloughed, they have just about kept up with their rent. Only to have the property manager harassing them constantly and each time it feels like they are having the same conversation again for the first time. Where is empathy in people’s situation?. No one is asking for free rent, just asking for patience during an unusual time for everyone. Now she has moved onto me as the guarantor. Utterly disappointing. A shame because the rest of the business seems quite good.
