Jack responded to my request for quotation when no other companies even called me back, explained the process and timeline to me, went over the contract and work plan, and then completed the work on time, keeping me updated along the way. He was response to my questions and the finished work looks great. This was a complex project involving a ramp over a concrete culvert tube and it was completed well.

Called many concrete contractors and nobody would even return my call. Jack returned my call the next day. Gave me a proposal within a few days after coming out. Did an amazing job waterproofing my basement and pouring a stamped concrete pad in my back yard . He did exactly what he said and everything was done professionally and in a timely matter.
I hired Jack to do a project at my house and he did a great job! He came when he was supposed to, had good communication and exceeded my expectations by completing the job quicker than I expected. He was available afterwards for the questions my husband had. His price was fair too. I definitely will hire him again and recommend him to anyone.
We just had our back patio poured by the awesome guys from Acres Custom Concrete and we couldn't be happier!! Not only were they precise and efficient, but also very affordable.
