My Mom has accounts and conducts business with ACT 1st Fed. As she has delegated more of her affairs to me for assistance I must say that upon deeper inspection I'm impressed. I find myself working toward my own accounts in the near future. The one concern I had is their technology standard and value. I was online today and found much useful information but when it came to service and function, the site did not perform simple requests such as contact by email, automatic response teller issues, online banking issues to logon, couldn't use the calculators, etc. Electronic availability is modern and convenient and the future. Perhaps they could use an phone App as well. An internet presence is more than advertising it's sophistication, security and banking online. It will promote growth among dedicated cell phone users. Everything I do at work is possible only with a cell phone and a few apps with permissions. I was reluctant at first but I found myself complimenting how smarter and effective it is. From daily assignments to payroll and location, it is definitely the future of employment and business structure. Not to bore but the entire process of my experience for employment was done with a cell phone. And I like the trust it gives the employee. The credit union is decent, promotes many options and is transparent in business conduct, operations and the customers responsibilities. Online Banking is a priority especially now in this climate.
