We have been working with ACT for over 10 years. They primarily offer a remote support service to us that allows us to log issues and they fix them without having to come on site. Some visits in person are required and available to suit. As our business has grown the support ACT provides has adapted to fit our needs. They also have a projects teams to implement development of infrastructure and planned large scale maintenance which keeps us up to date, secure and running smoothly in all things I.T. The people of ACT are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and commercially minded so will always work hard to fix our issues as quickly and with the least amount of disruption possible.
