Active Garden were excellent to deal with and helped overcome problems encountered by trying to deal with Jungle Gym directly. If anyone is thinking of ordering a Jungle Gym playground I'd highly recommend using Active Garden, as Jungle Gym's direct service is very poor. Nevertheless, the playground is very high quality and the grandkids love it. Many thanks to Marianela and Henri.

Really good buying experience. The delivery was on time, I was updated throughout the delivery process and the quality of the product it great.
From start to finish it was a great experience. I had loads of questions about which climbing frame I should buy and Marianela was most helpful. Instead of dealing with a faceless company I had the impression I was just dealing with Marianela, which made for a most personal experience. Now that my climbing frame has been delivered and built, it looks great - Henry did a super job building it and he was a pleasant fellow. I would happy recommend Active Garden.
Fantastic company would definitely recommend. Customer service (from Marianela) went above and beyond our expectations. We ordered a playground and they were extremely helpful in recommending various options, very patient with various changes to the design, and have an excellent installation service. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
