I have been a member at this gym for over a year and find the staff very friendly and helpful. I have attended various classes and functions at the gym and have enjoyed them too. Melanie and her staff are very proactive in introducing new classes and ideas at the gym for all age groups. If you have not tried the gym and classes yet well worth coming.
