I work at a Hospital myself, and out of my own experience, have already recommended several people of all ages (in need of care) to Active Life. Personnel there show real and genuine concern with every person walking in or calling on the phone. I can say that they’re very knowledgeable of the subjects they specialize on. Whether you’re a patient in need of treatment, a visitor asking questions, everyone on their own positions work together assuring total satisfaction. For you (the client), and them seeing you assisted after fulfilling your needs. I can say that they’re all professional, and respectful (as expected). Aside the Glendale office, I also understand that they have other locations, and speaking for this one, Esther there will provide you with a guaranteed self hearted concern in her “customer service” going beyond that extra mile for you, as far as needed. It really surprises me to see a bad review about Active Life and their staff. I have received nothing , but excellent service and professional care. They have multiple offices in the Los Angeles area which makes it easier when needing to make an appointment. I find that the staff is always very accommodating and help you with any questions you may have about your insurance or care. The practitioners are extremely professional and always answer any questions you may have.

I don't usually review any business this is my first because I had no choice. I wish I could rate below 1 because of poor customer service. I called in about a week ago and the person I talked to said they accept walk-ins and the person didn't even allow me schedule any appointment. I went there today and they said the person already left they couldn't see neither verify my insurance since I was close. Went there 2 hours before closing and wasted my time from work to see unprofessional business staff where they didn't even said sorry for the inconvenience. We all make mistakes but they didn't do anything to correct there mistakes.

When I went there they were so nice and helpful. I gave them my priscription for juzo Arm Sleeves it was checked 8-20 mmhg, but Patty gave me the wring one, she gave me 20-30 . I asked her teice is this the right one she said yes. When I wear it my arm get red. I went to the office and said you gave me the wrong one, she gave me a new one it’s 15-20 mmhg JOBST, she told me that this brand they don’t have 8-20 and the important is less than 20. She took the copy of the priscription from me, but I have the picture in my mobile. Latter I saw on the box of the sleev that they have 8-20. So she lied to me.
