Active Life was awesome, professional, well-run and, overall, a great experience. My mom was able get an appointment quickly and easily with Active Life. The staff was great. Everything was explained and her questions were answered. And, she quickly got her shoes sent to her, too. (My mom's insurance had sent her to Ortho Engineering on Broadway and had a TERRIBLE experience with false information, irresponsible employees and lack of accountability. So after almost a year of getting the run around from Ortho, she finally got a change of provider for her authorization.)

Excellent customer service. Got cast and fitted for my custom foot orthotics and they work wonderful. I did have to wait about 3 wks for them to arrive tho but it was worth the wait, I mean anything custom made takes time right! This place is very busy place due to its location so I highly encourage to make and appointment and most importantly, SHOW UP ON TIME. I did noticed people showing up late and they were upset since they had to wait until someone didn't show up to their appointment in order to be seen. Parking is a mess (typical LA) so expect to pay 6 bucks for all day parking inside the hospital.

Bad service. Even if you have an appointment, they will skip you. Waiting time can be up to 2 hours even if you have an appointment.
