Staff was pleasant, Nurse/Doctor/Ultra-sound tech were all very attentive to my injury, answered all of my questions, addressed all my concerns, and said to feel free to call back, should I think of anything else (which I did - and when I called back, I was pleasantly surprised that my question was answered during that very same phone call - I was placed on hold, one of the staff immediately asked the doctor and returned to the phone call with the answer). I did NOT feel anything less than an important patient to them. Upon my follow-up appointment, the care and kindness continued. Should you need a type of procedure they provide, I would hesitate and highly recommend visiting the Goodyear/Avondale location.

I highly recommend active life for anyone needing to be relieved of the pain that you may be having. The staff is extremely qualified, courteous, and caring for your needs to be taking care of. Dr. Lundquist is amazing. Within moments she could tell me exactly what was wrong with the problem I am having with my leg. I truly believe that you are in good hands going to active life. I am looking forward the treatment that is needed in order for me to have pain free regarding my leg.

I have had A2M and bone marrow injections on my back, hip and shoulder. Dr Wendi and staff are wonderful to work with and genuinely care about helping with pain and mobility. Last winter I could barely stand and walked with a cane and could not sleep more than 2 hours at a time without pain medications. Now less than seven months later, I am using no pain meds and can walk and stand indefinitely. Thank you!
