DO NOT GO HERE! Daniel Voth who is the main practitioner at this clinic is abrupt, overbearing and completely aggressive. It is not a friendly atmosphere and he tends to get aggressive with the elderly and women. This was my fist time here and in fact I went in for an initial consultation with my elderly mum who was also interested and an appt was also booked for her. Before we even stepped foot in the consultation room Daniel Voth aggressively started to shout at my elderly mother and told her to GET OUT of the building and to wait out on the street eventhough the receptionist said that she was welcome to wait at the top of the stair case to keep the 2 metre distancing which we were happy to do and of course we had our masks on covering our mouth and nose entirely - we were 15 minutes early. Daniel has no idea about customer service or how to talk to people because of this aggressive treatment I asked for a full refund as I had to pay a deposit for the consultation prior to arriving and I paid by card but then the receptionist wanted to send me a cheque - I told her that I paid by card so I expect a refund back on that same card and then she processed it. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE ABUSED, BEING ILL-TREATED AND WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME --- DO NOT BOOK AN APPT HERE! I would I have given him 0 stars but Google requires at least 1 star.
