This post office has always provided a friendly and well informed experience. Providing me with tips and suggestions to send my mail cheaper and more efficiently.
The people here are always friendly and helpful to me, but I wish their store hours weren't the exact hours that most people work. It's very hard for me (and I assume most people) to get their packages. It would be nice if they were open a bit later on a few days a week, or on the weekend.
Never had any problems with this post office. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never really had to wait much to drop something off or pick something up. I just wish they had a better area to park your car rather than just off the street. Otherwise, pretty good location for postal service.
Hate process of this location and maybe all locations. Your item can’t be picked up until 6pm, but the locations closes at 5pm. What the hell is that? Only government business would close an hour earlier than you can pick your parcel, so badly run. People wonder why they are so close to closing down.
Wish i could give them 0, only ever had one descent postman in over 3 yrs. We pay for delivery because my wife is physically handicapped and they shove a sticker on the box because they are too lazy to bring it up so we have to go there and pick it up
Older lady ( supervisor? I think ) has a very bad attitude not pleased with the customer service. Also don’t like Canada post because they are super strict with everything, and if you don’t answer the door they don’t leave the package in your mail box or outside your door, they just bring it back to the post office and expect you to pick it up within, crazy unrealistic hours.
Worst service ever. I called this morning to find out the amount of postage I need to send a card to England. The woman told me to call customer service and gave me a 1-800 number. She just didn’t want to be bothered to take the time to answer my question when I know darn well they have the international stamps right there. So I called the post office in Rockwood and talked to a very pleasant woman who gave me her name and took the time to answer my questions.
